I have purchased this dryer to match the front load washer in our new home. I have owned LG products before and had no problems with them at all. I am totally satisfied with our dryer. I knew I couldnt go wrong and so far with our purchase. The ratings were good online and knew the features that we had from our previous LG dryer and to stay with the same. I highly recommend this dryer.

We bought this in January of 2022 and it meets the bill of being a great machine except on the top of the dryer a cloudy finish happened in the coat of the paint. I tried to explain this to Customer Service but got no where.
Very disappointed they could not send me a new top.

We recently upgraded to a new washer/dryer set. We are so happy we did the laundry room is right in the middle of the house and our old set could be heard through the walls and scare the dog. We can now run these whenever we want and our dog doesnt even notice

WE paurchased 6 month ago at Home Depot. Error message says our vent line is clogged. Nonsense. It is only 2 feet long and feeds directly out. No blockage no vent blade on the end. Called into tech support 3 times and they tell us it our fault because it must be a blocked exterior vent line which is simply not true. So their support is useless.

The dryer wont heat.... I have called LG about 10 times each time going through the whole ordeal with automated system. Have gotten a different response from each agent. A string of text messages and still no help. Many hours consumed with this. As of today I said forget it and made a repair appointment with a local tech. Hopefully it can be fixed. Was great until this. Less than a year old. Error code 80 seems to be a common issue.

Glad I purchased the electric dryer which is very easy to install yourself assuming you have a 4-prong outlet available.... Observing the installation skills of the avarage delivery contractors used by sellers I would not let them do any installation ....
Very happy with the LG dryer which has an enormous capacity. A 120 x120inch comforter easiliy fits Drying performance is great and the sensor give true feedback.

They were delivered the day after Thanksgiving. Had a difficult time figuring out how they both ran as there was no user manual provided. requested one several times on line and finally got a reduced version of the instillation manual. Finally figured out how to run the machines but the dryer is now shutting itself off after about ten minutes of use on the Permanent press and Delicate cycles. Washer works well.

We recently purchased this dryer and so far it has been great. Its features and panel are easy to use and setting up the app was easy. I like that it will notify me when the cycle is done in case Im not within earshot to hear the melody. I was a little concerned after reading reviews saying the that the lint filter can pop up and get stuck on clothing. If you take care not to let the lint build up cleaning it after every cycle then it wont collect underneath the filter. This is where the lint would build up and cause the filter to not fit in flush. The filter does a great job collecting all of the lint but I do keep a small flashlight in the laundry room to take a quick peak inside when I remove it just to make sure theres no buildup. If I do notice something that I will just reach in or vacuum it out with an attachment. I hope this helps some folks in case they are wondering about the bad reviews on the lint filter.

Love the smart features and that LG seems invested in making my product last if taken care of. It has lots of settings and more to download. Wifi was difficult to set up but after a youtube video of another consumer setting up I was good to go.

Have always enjoyed LG products. We own Tvs cell phones ever since they came out. And this is our first LG washer dryer stackables. Havent yet used the Wi-Fi settings am looking forward to using that option. My only hardship was not noticing that the dryer didnt have a drum light. We were just excited of our purchase that we didnt think about it.

I purchased the LG dryer on January 9 2023 from Best Buy. It was purchased with an LG front load washer. Ive used the dryer several times since the purchase and am extremely happy with the quality and results of the dryer operation. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new dryer and or washing machine check out the LG DLE3600V dryer and the LG WM3600HVA front load washer.

We first discovered LG washer and dryers last year when our old ones broke we absolutely fell in love with the product and the quality when we sold the house we sadly had to leave them with it but new without a doubt the only washer dryer combo we would buy would be another LG. My last LG dryer lasted over 10 years and I gifted it to my friend and still working. My replacement LG was installed and quit working after 63 days. Factory service vendor came and parts needed to be ordered. Waiting on parts hope this isnt an omen of whats to come with the latest model.

Overall nice washer and dryer very quiet and seem well made only gripe I have is when either the washer or dryer cycles are finished the chime sound is not loud enough for me to hear cant find anyway to increase the volume.

The dryer is great. Seems to work as advertised. Disappointed it didnt have a drum light. Not sure why a drum light is optional in this price range. Packaging seems to have changed. Cant get a confirmation from LG. Seems that the plastic film on the glass door for both the washer and dryer is no longer included. I cant be sure. Wish I could get an answer.

We purchased this model recently and in addition to looking lovely it works very well. The multiple settings are extremely helpful and the built-in sensors allow for maximum efficiency. we looked around at many sources but purchasing directly from LG was by far the best choice both for value delivery efficiency and timing. We would not hesitate to go that route again

We bought this washer due to the many washing options including a steam cycle. It runs quietly. So far it has been a good machine - still learning how to use the different options. The only thing that is a little frustrating is that I havent been able to get the wi-fi connection to work with my phone.
