We bought the refrigeraror but the water tastes awful. We have change the water filter a couple of times and still really gross. I have called customer service to get it fix or replace but all they said was to get a plumber because it might be the water itself that tastes bad. They sent a plumber and they have said it it was not related to their product then we would have to pay for it. We have not heard anything since the plumber was here a couple of months. It is a bad experience after all because they will not take it back and refund me or replace it. I am stuck with a refrigerator and spending extra nobey to get filter drinking water.

I would probably give this a better rating if it actually worked when it arrived but it didnt. Our refrigerator portion didnt cool at all. Freezer worked fine but nothing else. On top of that the mechanic couldnt fix it when he came out and the replacement is taking over a month to arrive. So now all of my groceries have spoiled and it is going to be over a month that we are living without a refrigerator. In all Id say this is costing me an extra $1000 dollars between the spoiled groceries and having to eat out since we cant keep anything and not a single person has offered anything to make up for it.

Its beautiful and we love it. It has a middle draw that you can keep drinks wine or use it as a additional freezer compartment. It can be temperture controlled on the panel. It has an ice plus feature that can be turned on if you are having guests and need additional ice it fills a container in the freezer with ice cubes. Plenty of space for all of our refrigeration needs.
