Dishwasher is absolutely garbage wanted. Its working like any washer its good but it seems to have broken already and Ive had repair man out here twice in the past two months and yet its still not fixed. Also the warranty companies that are behind. This are also fake and theyll keep throwing parts of it as it breaks every time and have you inconvenienced waiting two weeks sometimes a week and a half at a time for the tech to come back and not fix anything LG life is not good with you

Horrible washer

I began having trouble with the washer after owning it for right at two years. The clutch and the motor was going out. Two estimates to fix - $560 and another $681. Ridiculous The washer takes way too long to wash and constantly senses and readjusts. Very annoying. Not happy at all with the machine.

I bought this machine just over a year ago and I hate it. I bought it because I thought LG was the higher end of the washing machine family I was wrong. I have nothing but issues with this machine. I wanted the mega capacity option because I do anywhere from 10-15 loads of laundry a week from bedding towels and clothing. I own an AIRBNB and cleanliness is my top priority. I cant do large loads and this machine does not fill up with enough water to rinse or get my clothes and bedding free of soap or dirt.

LG good hardware tech could be better executed

Have had 2 years 4 repairs each time on the electronics. The hard product is otherwise good. The tub senses the clothes amount but they dont always get the entire load wet unless you select a full fill.

We have used this unit for about 2.5 years. Overall the washer does an excellent job of cleaning our clothes while saving water. The only issue thus far was the start mechanism failed and the repair cost was expensive. I feel it should have been a warranty item or a recall item. Tech said it happens all the time.

I bought this Washer right around New Years Eve 2020. By New Years Eve 2023 it stopped working completely. We called LG and they just keep putting us off. They keep telling us somebody will call back and they never do. So we either have to pay for repairs or get a new washer. It appears that the motherboard is completely gone. We will never buy another LG product againterrible product and poor customer service Too bad because we had previously been a family that bought LG. In addition to this weve already had somebody come to fix the machine for another issue.

Low quality and if it breaks LG is not helpful

Let me start by saying I have been a big believer in LG products for a long time. This is why when I purchased my new home in May 2021 ALL of the appliances I purchased were LG. However I can no longer stand by LG products. My washer started flooding in September of this year just outside of being two years old. I had to pay $310 to fix it. Then 3 months later in December the electrical went out and was going to cost $500 to fix. I contacted LG and at first they told me too bad. Then three weeks later they offered to send a repair guy. By that time I gave up and sent the washer to junk and purchased a different brand. They offered to send me $100 which didnt even cover the first repair. I will never buy an LG again now that I know what happens if something goes wrong with their products. I understand sometimes things go wrong but they could have handled this better.

Need better mother board/ touch screen

I bought this 2 years ago and Ive enjoyed using the product until one day the touch screen stopped working. After a lot of research I realized that this is a common problem with LG. I would have hoped that LG would have looked into the issue and helped its customers by providing free corrective measures. These units a very expensive and I was hoping that they would last me longer then 2 years.

I give honest reviews so I am sorry if this offends LG. We purchased this machine in March of 2022. In December of 2023 the motherboard malfunctioned rendering the washer inoperable. Being we need a washing machine and knowing it was out of warranty I contacted an appliance repair company. After spending the service fee they determined the above mentioned issue and said the motherboard was now a two piece item and each would cost at least $275. for a total of $550 to repair it. We did not move forward with the repair but contacted LG. Fortunately LG was nice enough to give us a one-time courtesy repair outside the warranty period. The repair tech did come out and determined the same as our tech did. We are still waiting to see what the outcome will be as the LG tech was unsure of part availability and count not provide us with a definitive date as to when we would know. Unfortunately we purchased a new machine because we cannot afford to keep going to the laundromat or be without a machine. All in all we are currently out over $800 bucks so far over this ordeal. Its very sad that this machine only lasted a year given its price tag was over $1000.

Great washer

Great big washer 11/2/2023

We have used this product for almost two years now. Love how big it is and how I can add laundry even after it starts. We only had one problem with it. My toddlers sock got stuck outside the drum. Thankfully we were under warranty and had LG repairman come and fix it easily.

I bought this washer 2.5 years ago and now I am told that the circuit board is no longer available. How can this be no longer available even though this unit is still being sold. I cannot get this fixed so after a month I still have no response from LG.

I bought this washer in 2020. I just had to get a part repair but i buy the warranty every year because i like the washer. I love the agitator in it because i believe it gets clothes cleaner.

This product is a piece of garbage. The mother board died and LG knew it was a common issue and refuse to fix or offer a recall. Had the machine for 14 month before it stopped working. Never again will I waste my time with LG

Good washer but with some improvements to make.

Overall really happy with the washer my only concern is that sometimes the pre program cycles wont be really efficient we have to be really specific of how much clothes we need to put in and what mix of clothes is the best is like test every time to figure it up it will be nice too be more simple. Other thing is the overloaded the sensing some time wont work correctly.

I purchased .t washer 1/2022. Two weeks ago the start button stopped working. I have not been able to wash clothes for two weeks. First part did not fix problem. Now another part is on order for the main control board. Im wishing for my non- digitizied im missing the manual knobs and buttons on my previous machine that never let me down for over 10 years. Very unhappy.

Horrible that a wash machine not even 2 years old had to have part replaced on it already. This is a problem with the washer electronics for the on/off sensor button that your company is well aware of and should do a recall for this machine Instead they are charging the customers to fix the problem. This would sure be a nice case for the State attorney Generals office to investigate

I bought this 2 years ago and so far it is holding up great I had one instance where a sock got stuck in the filter and my tub wouldnt train so I had to drain with a shop vac then take off the back panel and remove the sock from the filter.

Buying this washing machine was a major mistake. It is around 2 years old and already has required two major repairs. This is our second LG washer. Our first had similar issues. The first time I thought it was just a bad machine now I think is LG. Will never by another. Could never get the wifi to work either.

Would not recommend at all. Less than two years after having the control panel went out so cant turn on. They send out an repair specialist who says he fixed it that lasted for 24 hours. He said this is common and not an outlier so theres that. Scheduling another repair is just as tough so basically out of luck for weeks. A good reminder to always buy the extended warranty. They essentially said after 5 year warranty ends just throw away and cheaper to buy another so that tells you about the quality cost of repair. Overall wish i did more homework and avoided this product.

I bought a washer a little over two years ago and on off switch does not work and therefore needs a new control panel which you therefore do not make anymore and I had to call customer service three times plus had to call 12 dealers to see if they made the part and then was told they will it escalate the situation and still have heard nothing from you guys other than a survey very dissatisfied Will never buy another LG product and will never shop at warner stellan where I purchased it because they were absolutely no help either.

Odd Glitch

Should Be Recalled 7/6/2023

We had this washer for just a few months before it began giving us issues. There were several error codes but the main concern is the power button. Apparently its an issue with this model but the company cant or shall we say will not honor their mistake in production.

I bought this washer Feb 222022. Everyday normal washing occurs in my household The washer ran fine until recently. the machine started to make squealing noise while in the spin cycle. I purchased a warranty with Asurian Sevice I called for service on May 22 2023 and have had nothing but a run around many calls and no warranty service. This is the biggest piece of junk that I have ever bought. I will not ever purchase an LG anything and I will tell all my friends about the service and life span of the equipment.

I was very glad at first that I had spent the extra money to get a high end appliance made by a recommended brand like LG. The first 2 yrs or so I was very happy with it. Then I started experiencing error codes during a wash cycle. I had to use the You Tube app to get info to correct them. This has happened 4 more times. Im disappointed and disillusioned.
